    Please note our 9am session is a family friendly time slot. Anyone is welcome to attend this class but are aware we have mums/dads with kids attend this session and at times may have kids present on the floor space around their parents. Parents are aware though they must ensure their children do not impede with other members and affect their training. We do operate a creche but at times kids become unsettled and need their parents.
