This class focuses on building upper body strength, endurance, and mobility through functional training. Using a mix of resistance work, bodyweight exercises, and conditioning drills, you'll target the chest, back, shoulders, and arms while engaging the core throughout. Expect purposeful movement patterns that enhance posture, stability, and everyday performance. Whether you're pushing, pulling, or holding, each session is designed to challenge and strengthen your upper body in a supportive, high-energy environment. Suitable for all fitness levels.
