Hayley is a qualified instructor of Vinyasa, Yin & Restorative Yoga, completing her 200 Hour training here in Townsville in 2019. She is passionate about holistic health and wellness and using the practice of yoga, breathwork and meditation as a tool to combat stress and anxiety.
Hayley emphasises the importance of 'listening to your body' in all of her yoga classes, and offers a range of options and modifications for each individual. She believes that yoga is for absolutely everybody, and that there is no 'perfect' pose. You don't need to be flexible to practice yoga, or to be a certain size or shape.
In Hayley's classes you will experience a combination of yoga Asanas (poses), stretching, mindful movement, Pranayama (breathing techniques), strengthening of the muscles and joints, release of physical and emotional tension and deep relaxation. All you require is your mat, your body and an open heart and mind.
