    A satisfying floor work class that practices Pilates exercise methods. This class will focus on abdominal stabilization techniques, toning and stretching.
    By booking this spot, you are committing to attending and if anything changes you are cancelling yourself out of this booking to provide the spot for other members to book.
    For our initial open period, we will be limiting bookings to one visit per day per Member to ensure plenty of availability for all Members to train.
    Lastly, by entering the Clubs, you are agreeing to our updated hygiene & safety standards found on the website and in Club (updated to include information on masks also) and you will ensure you follow all Pinnacle Staff directions upon your visit. A note, to bring with you a bath or beach sized towel, your own yoga mat and your own pre-filled drink bottle.
