Hybrid training is training of simultaneously from both resistance (weight) and endurance (cardio) for periods of time. If you want to go fast, go alone, If you wnt to go far, go together.     Please arrive 10 minutes early and warm up as we focus the 30 minutes purely on the HIIT session so we dont wasite any time.

    Please remember SAFETY rules at all times including putting towel and weights to the side and front when required.
