Description:
A careful selection of full bodyexercises using bars, hand-weghts and bodyweight exercises. One of the fastest ways to change your body shape, burn calories and improve your strength.
Please arrive 10 minutes early and warm up as we focus the 30 minutes purely on the HIIT session so we dont wasite any time.
Please remember SAFETY rules at all times including putting towel and weights to the perimeter and side when required.
