    MetaPWR (MetaPower) is a thirty minute circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency. Designed by a former marine, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits in.

    An affordable alternative to Personal Training. This session is set up in a Small Group Format and is run in the Carpark. Facilitated by Angie- Full Strength Fitness. This session is exclusive to Salt Members Only.

    $7 per session, $30 for Weekly UNLIMITED SESSIONS or $70 for a 10 Session Pass.
