With a diverse repertoire of body weight resisted movements to target and enhance core strength and stability, while employing a controlled breathing technique, Pilates is a method of conditioning that integrates muscle control, accurate breathing, flexibility, strength training and body awareness.
A practice in which any age, gender or fitness level can participate - you won’t be disappointed."
