    The Grind is all about pushing yourself to your limit! A workout including upper, lower and full body strength that will leave you feeling on top of the world. With a choice of high reps and lower weights or lower reps and higher weights, you control the session. Using the allocated time for each station this session is designed to build and tone your entire physique. Some classes include AMRAP& EMOM style training.
