Designed to raise your metabolic rate and strength and tone your leg and bum muscles, your inspiring team coach will lead the pack through a series of hills, flats, mountain peaks, speed work and interval training. Cycle classes are ideal for all fitness levels, as each person is in control of their own cycle resistance levels.
