This is a high-intensity session — we recommend you’re able to train fairly close to your max capacity for 40–50 minutes with minimal rest.
This pairs-based workout blends functional weight training with cardio challenges, all measured against the clock for an overall time/score (recorded on a rolling clock).
The workout features 9 stations repeated across 3 rounds, with reps decreasing as you complete each round. This session will be live for 4-6 weeks for you to work on improving your best time.
