    Please bring your own mat, if you have one. Pilates is designed for active bodies. It will complement an existing fitness regime by being a full-body workout with a particular focus on the abdominals, lower back, hips and glutes- also known as our core muscles. Through emphasising proper posture alignment and technique, and muscle balance. Pilates will increase flexibility and muscle endurance. It will also have you breaking a sweat and feeling a deep muscular burn in every session.
    This program is suitable for those new to Pilates and those that practice regularly.
