Description:
Sick of training solo in the weights room or finding your workouts repetitive? RAW Strength is the class for you. This fast-paced, high-energy session combines heavy efforts with personalised coaching to keep you accountable, strong and fit.
Delivered in a fully coached format, the class is made up of 5 stations running for 7 minutes each, with every station targeting a different muscle group. Working in pairs, members are guided through challenging strength-focused training with ab exercises intertwined throughout the session to keep the intensity high from start to finish.
