Description:
A 30 minute body weight HIIT experience designed to work large muscle groups in a non-choreographed, simple to follow group format. Workouts are generally no longer than 22 minutes with short workout bursts/rest times to keep your body guessing. Burn up to 400 calories during you workout and up to 700 in the following 24-36 hours thereafter.
