Description:
Create a body & mind connection with a combination of postures & sequences to develop strength, flexibility & mental focus. Breathing & mindfulness practices will help calm your nervous system, releasing stress & tension. The class ends with a relaxation practice - you'll feel rejuvenated & calm.
Our yoga classes are beginner friendly with an emphasis on safety & self-awareness in a non-competitive atmosphere.
WHAT TO BRING:
Water bottle, sweat towel & yoga mat (optional).
