    Moderate Yoga is suitable for all levels. Expect a variety of traditional & modern practices in movement, breath work & meditation. With a sprinkling of philosophy both traditional & modern, weaved into the class.

    Each class encourages & offers students to create a body & mind connection using breath & movement. Students will be encouraged to challenge, modify & rest when needed & to practice their own unique form of yoga.

    WHAT TO BRING:
    Water bottle, sweat towel & yoga mat (optional).

    WHEN TO ARRIVE:
    Please arrve 10 minutes before.
