'Total Tone' is a lower impact, core focused 45 minute workout designed to target all the areas we know mums want to target- including arms, core/abs, glutes & more! There is no jumping, burpees or high impact movements however we can provide modifications for those who want them!
This class is for absolutely everyone, not just mums, so make sure to try it out!
WHAT TO BRING:
Water bottle & sweat towel.
