Description:
In Yin Yoga you will use props to support yourself in deep, long held stretches targeting the fascia, the intricate webbing of connective tissue in your body. Postures are held between 2-10 minutes to allow you space to explore & connect with your body & mind. Yin is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine where we will work seasonally & with the meridians, the energy highways in the body. Yin Yoga helps to release physical & mental energy blockages in the body leaving you feeling rejuvenated.
WHAT TO BRING:
Water bottle, sweat towel & yoga mat (optional).
WHEN TO ARRIVE:
Please arrve 10 minutes before.
