    BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get fit & toned – fast. Using light to moderate weight with high reps, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout where you can burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves & techniques in an encouraging & motivating environment. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged & ready to come back for more. We offer BODYPUMP™ in 55, 45 or 30 minute formats.
