    A class offering a variety of hi/lo aerobics, step & muscle toning. Basic movements. Suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.


    • Max 25 in aerobic room classes

    • Classes labelled in black don’t have to be booked (Just turn up)
    • Classes labelled in orange must be booked (be sure to cancel your booking if you are booked in but not attending to give someone else an opportunity to do the class)
    • Bookings are essential for all classes on Public Holidays to ensure a spot!
