    This class focuses on alignment of the whole body while holding poses that support the spine and bring about the awareness of breath with movement. Build your strength, mobility and endurance all while creating a feeling of calm. Ideal for entry level to intermediate Yoga participants.


    • Max 25 in aerobic room classes

    • Please bring your own yoga mat

    • Classes labelled in black don’t have to be booked (Just turn up)
    • Classes labelled in orange must be booked (be sure to cancel your booking if you are booked in but not attending to give someone else an opportunity to do the class)
    • Bookings are essential for all classes on Public Holidays to ensure a spot!
