    This class combines elements of yoga, stretching techniques and breath work whilst using your body, yoga blocks and stretching straps to improve your flexibility, range of motion, help with repair and rehabilitation of muscles as well as minimise muscle injury. You will be shown simple stretches and mobility exercises to incorporate into your daily or weekly training routine.
