    The agility program with function training targeting on increase joint mobility and flexibility.
    The results:
     Improve cardiovascular and metabolic rate
     Increase body function
     Increase mobility and flexibility
     Increase power and speed
     Weight loss and burning fat

    For EMS members:
    Please arrive 15 min earlier to set up.Only aerobics model, please check the following:
    Aerobics model: Duration 2s Interval 2s for beginner
    Duration 2.5-3s Interval 2-3s for advanced

    Muscle strength in Aerobics model: 20 at the beginning, bicep 10 .Adjust according to your own physical condition in the session. We recommend you to keep your RPE(Rated Perceived Exertion)around 3-4.
