Aerobics model: Duration 2s Interval 2s for beginner
Duration 2.5-3s Interval 2-3s for advanced
Muscle strength in Aerobics model: 20 at the beginning, bicep 10 .Adjust according to your own physical condition in the session. We recommend you to keep your RPE（Rated Perceived Exertion）around 3-4.
