                            Description:
                         Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise circuit is one completetion of all set exerecises in the program.
 
 DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
 - All classes are - non EMS classes
 - Please bring own water bottle
 - Please bring a clean towel every session
 - NOTE: showers and change rooms are closed, please arrived dressed for session.
