    Please arrive 15 min earlier to set up.This EMS session is a HIIT boxing session with cardio equipment, please check the following:
    Aerobics model: Interval 0s
    Aerobics model: 20 at the beginning, bicep 5 .Adjust according to your own physical condition in the session.RPE(Rated Perceived Exertion) 3-4.
