                            Description:
                        
Metabolic training is completing structural and compound exercise with little rest in between exrecises in an effort to maximise calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after a workout. 
DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 
- All classes are - non EMS classes 
- Please bring own water bottle
- Please bring a clean towel every session
- NOTE: showers and change rooms are closed, please arrived dressed for session.
