    10 stations, this program includes body weights and cardio equipment. A high duration movement with low interval , more jumping movements in this work out.

    For EMS members:
    Please arrive 15 min earlier to set up. Only aerobics model, please check the following:
    Aerobics model: Interval 0s
    Muscle strength in Aerobics model: 20 at the beginning, bicep 10 .Adjust according to your own physical condition in the session. RPE(Rated Perceived Exertion)around 3-4.
