     Improve cardiovascular and metabolic rate
     Increase muscle endurance
     Increase mobility and flexibility

    For EMS members:
    Please arrive 15 min earlier to set up. No break in aerobics model, please check the following:
    Aerobics model: Interval 0s
    Muscle strength in Aerobics model: 20 at the beginning, bicep 10 .Adjust according to your own physical condition in the session. RPE(Rated Perceived Exertion)around 3-4.
