Strength model: Duration 3s Interval 3s for beginner
Duration 3.5-4s Interval 3-4.5s for advanced
Duration 3-4s Interval 2-2.5s for hard core
Strength model: Only abdomen, waist and glute in 20 at the beginning . Adjust according your own physical condition in the session. RPE（Rated Perceived Exertion） 3-4.
