    45 minute feel-good yoga classes suitable for all levels of yoga, including beginners. Everyone is welcome! The first class will be a classic vinyasa, with gentle stretches and fluid movements to help you ground into the present moment and dissolve tension from the body and mind. Wear any comfy clothes you like, and if you would like to bring your own yoga mat, please do!
