    These classes can utilise selection of equipment that may include, boxing bags, focus pads, speed balls, and/or skipping ropes combined with body weight exercises and other various gym equipment. This class is great for cardiovascular health and endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels. Please bring your own gloves.
