Your instructor will select from a choice of EMOM, TABATA, or AMRAP. EMOM: Exercises conducted every minute, on the minute TABATA: 8 sets of 20sec work/10sec rest AMRAP: As many reps as possible within a designated time frame. You will be guided through your instructor’s choice of one of the above workouts, not only will you be advised of the routine ahead, but you will be coached all the way through/including how to carry out each exercise.
