Description:
ABT workouts focus on toning and strengthening the abs, glutes and thighs. The workout will typically involve a combination of exercises such as squats, lunges, planks and crunches using equipment such as bands, light weights and the step. Pure bodyweight workouts can also pack a punch. This freestyle class will keep your body guessing each week and you will discover muscles you didnt know you had.
