Description:
This class is based around 5 prime functional movements - Push, Pull, Squat, Lunge & Hinge. Using the barbell and working up to a heavy load this class will get you FIT & STRONG in a supportive group environment - Push as hard as you can whilst going at your own pace. The coaches will guide you and offer options where needed :)
