Description:
A FUNctional high-intensity workout with a purpose! It can range from beginners to a high- intensity workout depending on how much weight you want to lift. All exercises can be amended to suit things like capability and injuries. The class will start with a warm-up, incorporate lifts and a Weights and/or Cardio circuit, and end with some abdominal exercises. Incorporating the entire body in a functional way that enhances everyday movements and quality of life
