Increase your core strength, flexibility and mobility using our state-of-art pilates reformers. Connect with your body while you strengthen and build muscular endurance without placing extra stress on your joints. Reformer classes are an amazing, low-impact compliment to all your other workouts, and accessible for all ages and fitness levels. All attendees must wear grip-socks. These are available for purchase at reception.
