  • Description:
    Tabata is a full body interval training class. The intervals are 20 secsonds long with a 10 second rest. This can also be 40 seconds long with 20 secs rest. Exersies vary from strength, cardio and core work. It is suitbale for all fitness levels. The instructor will coach you through the moves and correct your technique. Duration 30 and 45 mins
