    NOTE- YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN GLOVES AND PADS!!!!
    WG Boxing is exercising based on the training methods used by boxers. Classes are created to get you fit, strong and to give you that “Rocky” feeling. During the classes you will learn how to punch safeky. But don’t worry. We use focus pads, there is no physical contact. Whether you are an absolute beginner or an experienced athlete, the workout is always adapted to your level.
