STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING is designed on improving athletic performance, overall fitness and injury prevention. This class combines resistance training, aerobic exercises, mobility work and sport specific skills to enhance strength, power, speed, agility, endurance and flexibility.This class is normallu designed to push hard for your work time, with designated rest time to recover. ALL fitness levels welcome, you go at your own pace.
