Description:
Strength Development is a results driven, full body Strength workout. The focus is to set a strong foundation and progressively load working towards a maximum weight.
The 45 min class structure moves within a traditional strength training structure. After a functional warmup you will move through Deadlifts, Squats, Push pull then complete a conditioning set before finishing with a cooldown
