    A safe, low impact and gentle form of training targeting the entire body to improve flexibility, posture and strength whilst also improving movement patterns and toning and shaping the body. Surprisingly intense…these classes will isolate and challenge your muscles in a whole new way…and bring fire into other muscles you never knew you had. You will find a sense of mindfulness through focussing upon breath aligned with movement. Mat Pilates classes focus upon exercises that lengthen, strengthen and target the core using bodyweight only. Mats provided or BYO. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. All classes are 45 minutes.
