    A safe, low impact and gentle form of training targeting the entire body to improve flexibility, posture and strength whilst also improving movement patterns and toning and shaping the body. Surprisingly intense…these classes will isolate and challenge your muscles in a whole new way…and bring fire into other muscles you never knew you had. You will find a sense of mindfulness through focussing upon breath aligned with movement. Reformer Pilates classes will have you working with the resistance of the reformer carriage itself. Exercises and movements are functional and will improve stability and coordination. Grippy socks essential. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. All classes are 45 minutes.
