Challenge yourself with our signature WOD class - a constantly varied, high-intensity workout designed to build strength, endurance and athleticism. Each session delivers a new workout, combining functional movements like lifting, jumping, pushing, pulling and cardio conditioning. Expect barbells, kettlebells, rowers, burpees, sled pushes, ski ergs and more - no two days are the same.
