    February is almost over and you still haven't found your mojo?....do you need some motivation to kick start your 2023 fitness regime ?....or maybe you are looking for some extra MEPs for our Myzone cahllenge. Whatever the reason, come and join us Monday 4:30pm for 6 weeks and get stronger, fitter and faster. This 6 week challenge is a sports inspired Tabata style training where you get to work at your level, your way, with an instructor to motivate and guide you. Weeks 1 & 6 will include the 'BEEP' test to measure your fitness and improvements. Make a commitment today, to yourself, to join us as we work together to improve our fitness, agaility & strength.
