    Basic stepping, just like walking up and down the stairs is atthe heart of Body Step TM. -a full body cardio work out to really tone your butt and thighs. In a Body Step workout you can expect a mix of rythmical stepping with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. 45 minute format
