Description:
12 programmed progressive strenth training workouts backed by science! Workouts are designed with a heavier load using the barbell, weight plates & bodyweight. Timing is slower, focuses on time under tension & rep ranges designed on the protocol for each workout to encourage strength increase! Participants are able to work at their pace & at their level. Everyone can do Strength Development! 45min workout.
