Description:
Yin Yoga is a passive practise which involves longer holds of 3 - 5 mins. Yin accesses the deeper layers of fascia and stresses and stretches the connective tissue around the joints - Mainly pelvis, hips, spine and sacrum. 60 minutes duration.
