SAUNA-BOOKING

  • Description:
    Sauna session terms:
    - Shower before entering the Sauna.
    -The booking system opens 7 days in advance.
    -If you can no longer attend your sessions, please cancel your booking providing a 24-hour notice period via your app.
    -Please bring 2 towels for your session - one for sitting on - one for drying
    -Sauna sessions are 45 minutes long.
    -Single members can book a maximum of 2 sessions per week.
    -Bookings allow for 1 - booking at a time, although you can bring a fellow member to your session.
    -Sauna bookings are for the sole use of WGGH members.
    -No casual visits or World Gym Passport Bookings allowed (World Gym Passport members can access the sauna if WGGH is their home club) Bookings can be made via reception.
    -No Nudity allowed.
    -Must be over the age of 16 to use the Infrared sauna.
    -No food or drink to be consumed in the Infrared Sauna
    -2 x no shows will result in a 1- month ban from Sauna access
