Description:
Our Bootcamp class is full of variation but generally includes a mix of strength training and aerobic elements. You can expect to do calisthenics; such as pull-ups, push-ups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints. Our bootcamp class has been derived from military training techniques used to break in new military recruits.
